If you reserve a unit we will not show it to anyone else, we will process your application and provided you qualify the unit is yours.

5. Once approved we will draft your lease and schedule a lease signing where you will receive your new keys. The deposit and first month's rent is due at lease signing.

While we have no reason to believe there is lead based paint anywhere in our houses, they are Historic Victorians so we would strongly discourage doing any of the things warned about in this pamphlet. And in general we discourage eating paint and paint chips in any circumstance.
